  6. 6. No matter your age, work better together Millennials were a hot topic. Several speakers at JiveWorld proved there are people with different experiences, talents and WorkTypes; however, at the end of the day, we need to find a way to do our best work together.

The WorkType Finder is designed to help you understand yourself and how you work best—it’s a way to identify how you best connect, communicate, and collaborate and how you can work better with others Take two minutes and find your WorkType

Identify the behavior you're trying to change. 2. Baseline the old behavior. 3. Compare results to historic performance or other communities to know if your changes are successful.
