Agenda
 Students warm-up activities, school visit, socializing with mates in the host classroom.
 Students introduction, using introduction games.
 Teachers visit school.
 Official Opening
 Break and meeting with other colleagues of our school in the Teacher Lounge. Sample and
tasting of typical chocolate con churros.
 Students present a video about the culture of their countries.
 Workshop: Students prepare questions for the QUIZ: Who wants to be a Millionaire?: “How
do you know your European neighbour ?”
Development of the activities
The students went to School with their host partners They attended the first lesson (8:15-9:15
A.M) in the hosts classrooms where they did different socializing and warming up activities
At 9:15, all Erasmus’ students were involved in an introduction game. This activity was led by the
teacher Miss Guiomar Gómez. Students got a welcome present.

At the same time, guest teachers and the local coordinator (José Luis León) visited the facilities of
the school and met the headmistress, Miss Rosa Llamazares.
At 10:30 the Official Opening of the meeting started with the participation of local and regional
education authorities and the local and main coordinator of the project. They welcomed the
participants and wished the meeting was profitable and pleasant. The guest teachers received a
welcome pack.
At 11:15 there was a coffee-break in the staff room with the other teachers of the project and
school colleagues where we had the opportunity to taste and sample the traditional breakfast
“churros con chocolate”.
At approximately 12:00 hours the first activity, related with the cross-culturality, started. Students
from the eight countries presented their videos about the culture of their countries. The videos
focused on five different items: traditional food and drink, celebrations, folk dances and cultural and
historic heritage.
After that, students organized in international groups, were involved in a workshop named “ Who
wants to be a Millionaire?: “How do you know your European neighbor ?. Where they prepared
questions and answers about their countries to organize an international quiz. The quiz was
designed not to be competitive but cooperative. (you win if your opponent also wins).
At 14:45 students went to their host family home with the Spanish partners. And teachers had
lunch at the University canteen next to school.

 Cultural visit of the Old Town and the Alcazar ( Muslim castle and palace).
Development of the activities the participation
Students arrived to school at 8:15 with the Spanish partners and stayed in the classroom
socializing with mates.
At 9:15, the guest teachers arrived to school. And the students using computers and a template
gave by the local coordinator carried on writing the questions of the QUIZ. Meanwhile teachers in
the Erasmus lab prepared the exhibition of traditional food (tables, tablecloths, cutlery, dishes with
food and cards with information of the different dishes).
At 10:30 the tasting of sample food started , with all students and teacher involved in the project.
Approximately at 11:15 foreign students and teachers went to visit by public bus the old town and
the ALCÁZAR .
After that, guest teachers stayed in the city center and the students came back to school with the
Spanish teachers, where they were collected by the Spanish partners and went to their homes.

Agenda
 Cultural visit for teachers and pupils: Granada and Alhambra.
The activity had the aim to know what a great influence in our History had the crossing of
Christian, Muslim and Jewish Cultures. Fifty five students went to Granada by bus .There, they
visited the Alhambra, the Nazari's Palaces, and the Generalife Gardens. They also went to the
Catholic Kings Tomb, the cathedral and the Muslim neighborhood.

Agenda
 Students stay in the hosts classroom socializing with mates.
 Workshop: International folk dance: Students show traditional music and teach each other
basic steps of their traditional folk dance.
 Cultural visit to the city center (Riverbank, Plaza de España y María Luisa Park).
Students arrived to school at 8:15 with the Spanish partners and stay in the classroom socializing
with mates. At 9:15 the teachers arrived.
At this time, the coordinator arranged the international dance workshop. Students were grouped in
four different international groups. In each group, there were two leaders from two different
countries. They showed videos about their traditional dances and taught the basic steps of each
one. Later, at the Friday farewell party , students showed the progress achieved in a public
exhibition.
At 11:00 approximately there was a coffee break and then foreign students and teachers visited the
city. At that occasion they visited the Outside of the Bullfighting Ring, the Golden Tower, the old
Tobacco factory (scene of the Opera Carmen), the Maria Luisa's Gardens and the Plaza España.

After that teachers stayed in the city center and students came back to school by bus with the
Spanish teachers, where they were collected by the Spanish partners and went to their homes.
The visit ended at 14:45.
At 19:00 guest teachers went to a Flamenco Show in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Seville is the
cradle of Flamenco and it was a good opportunity to enjoy this experience
Later, all the teachers involved in the project had an official diner. The evening event went on until
late at night

 Workshop “Overcome the prejudice”
 Students show their conclusion about similarities and differences of their cultures.
 Evaluation of the meeting
 Workshop: How to cook a SALMOREJO (traditional tomato soup)
 Multicultural Farewell Party in the school
Students arrived to the school at 8:15 with the Spanish partners and stay in the classroom
socializing with mates. At 9:15 the teachers arrived.
And then students in International groups prepared the presentation ” Overcome the prejudice”
where Students had a co-operation study about the cross-cultured interaction with their own
international groups and they discussed and compared the similarities and differences of their
culture. They focused on three main items: Festivals and celebrations, food and folk dances.
Spanish team offered a worksheet to guide the activity.
After the coffee break,(at 11:45 AM) students presented they conclusions to the others.

Simultaneously, and during 2 hour 30 minutes, the coordinator team had a meeting to evaluate
some aspects of the project. So the main coordinator showed and explained different documents
written by her with information about project, calendars, aims, procedures to follow and
mechanisms to evaluate. We also decided the dates of the rest of the meetings.
At 12:00 the no competitive but cooperative quiz “Who wants to be a millionaire” took place.. All
teams reached the highest scores and all of them received a present for their good job.
At 13:00, students began the Salmorejo Workshop at the Technology Lab where they learnt how to
elaborate this traditional Spanish cold tomato soup. Meanwhile coordinators carried on the meeting
of project evaluation where Ayla and Johanna informed about the development of the Intellectual
Outputs. There coordinators also took other minor decisions about the project.
The meeting ended at 15:30 PM and teachers came back to the hotel.
The farewell party started at 18:30 PM. Before that, students and teachers filled up the evaluation
form.
The party was celebrated in the School Gym, There, José Luis León and Ayla, Spanish and main
coordinator respectively thanked to the families and the students for their participation The School
Secretary and the Spanish coordinator gave the certificates to the participants. Then students
exhibited the different folk dances. And finally all the participants enjoyed the music, the food and
the good atmosphere of the party.
