  4. 4. • A deliverable-oriented grouping of the work involved in a project that defines the total scope of the project. WBS - Work Breakdown Structure

What is WBS Dictionary? • WBS Dictionary is one of three components that comprise the scope baseline: 1) the Scope Statement, 2) the Work Breakdown Structure and 3) the WBS Dictionary • A document that provides detailed deliverable, activity, and scheduling information about each component in the work breakdown structure

  11. 11. • The tendency for project scope to keep getting bigger • sometimes known as “requirement creep” or even “feature creep” • is what happens when changes are made to the project scope without any control procedure like change requests
