  who want a change in life, by stop speeding
  and going on a normal speed, also people who
  have been fined.
Customer Relationship.
• We want to make an trial version so people
  wan to see if our app is good, also we want a
  open day in a big city and promote our app to
  the public.
Revenues.
• We want our app to be priced about 69p-94p
  and want to promote our app in the following
  ways-
 - by posters.
 - by going into big cities in England, Ireland and
  Scotland.
 - by sending text messages to everyone with a
  android phone.
Key Activities.
• We need to co-operate with each other and
  have specific jobs while creating the app.
• To maintain the app being good we need to
  add some good features and tell them to
  upgrade.
Value Proposition.
• Our app we think is the most valuable app
  because we would make ad free and make the
  right information and also make sure that it is
  the right information.
• We would strongly recommend that people
  who drives a car.
Channels
• We would advertise this app via SMS,
  television, and the app store, markets, and
  also QR codes across the streets of London,
  Manchester and Birmingham, also the
  Yorkshire area.
Key Resources.
• We are going to ask if the big brands of
  England to help spread out the word off the
  app we are creating.
• We need better skills of helping each other
  out so the app can become successful.
Cost Structure
• We would want to sell our app at 69p for the
  full version but we want to make a trial
  version of the app with less actions on the app
  it will be free.
Strategical Partners
• We would want the AA and the police
  department to help us with our apps.
