emotional expression and feeling the feeling.
7. “Hostility Buddies”
Provider demonstration: A+ Anger (primitive, subcortical, body activation, effective) vs. C- anger
(non-primitive, neocortical, no body activation,
ineffective).
Voluntary. Hostility Buddy. Instruct to stop if not
safe. After 1 – 2 weeks, continue with 10 X 10 on
circuits that blocked anger expression.
