1. Recce – Locations
Scene 1 – This will be in my house, using the dining room. It will
be very dark, and having one source of light
from the ceiling will give a good lighting
on the table without too much on the faces
of the two men. The Blue prints will be
printed of and put on the table in a random
order. This will present the two to be
unorganised, giving an
insight into the two
characters. As the Genre I
am doing is Action-Comedy
I will want to keep some
suspense for the looks of the
characters until later on in the
introduction, hence the dark
room not showing much.
There are two exits and entrances into this room,
which will work well as the two men will need to
leave to enter another room. At this current time,
the rooms have been decorated as Christmas themes,
however for my film, we will move any unwanted
decorations into another room.
Scene 2 – This will be in
the office/ Kitchen of my house. The two
rooms are next to each other which will be
good as one character will be
setting up equipment, whilst the
other getting a pack lunch ready.
Both rooms can be made quite
dark, ready for the big reveal in
the third final
scene outside.
Scene 3 –
This is in
Poulner,
called ‘The Mount’.
I chose this location
as it offers wide
angles which can be used and has a
view over the town which will give
a nice effect with the two
characters in front. I want it to be at sunset so the light will be
enough to show the characters finally, however not to bright to show
everything about them.
