Attach a file

2. Objectives
1. To attach an existing file in an email.
2. To send a message with attachments.
3. To open received attachments.

3. Activity 1: Introduce your username and
your password to sign in to your email
account.

4. Activity 2: Click on COMPOSE to
create and send an email.

5. Activity 3: In the receivers box, write
“my group partners”

6. Activity 4: In the Subject box, write
“One of my files”

7. Activity 5: Write the next message:
“Here you are”

8. Activity 6: Click on “Attach a file”

9. Activity 7: Find in your folders one of
the files created by you.

10. Activity 8: Wait for the end of the
attachment charge

11. Click on SEND

12. Activity 9: Go to the Inbox and open
the received emails “one of my files”

13. Activity 10: Download the attached
file.

14. Activity 11: Click on “Open with”

15. Activity 12: View your partner's file.
