- Good afternoon everyone, thanks for coming. I'm Juggernaut, a co-founder in the JUG company. Today, I'm so happy to show you our latest soft skill class, Think on your feet. Think on your feet. This presentation will take about 10 minutes, and if you have any questions. We will have the Q&A time in the end. Before we're moving on, I want to ask everybody a question. Have people blamed you for your unclear words or fuzzy ideas. like "What the hell are you talking about?" Yes or No? If yes, what does it mean? It means people don't know what your point is. In other words, you couldn't explain it clearly. But, Don't worry. you are not alone. Most people are like you. I'll show you our latest survey later. So, are you ready? Let's get started.
- It's our latest survey in Oct last year. The samples are from 1000 engineers in Taipei. Please look at this pie chart. As you can see, around 75% engineers agree that It's very difficult to let people know what your thought is. The situation is they don't know how to say, how to explain their ideas. So... That's why I'm here. I'm here to help you to overcome this problem.
- Maybe you have one question right now. Who are you? How do you help us? So... I think I need to introduce myself first. OK who am I I am Juggernaut But it's not the Juggernaut from the movie X-man Just kidding.
- OK who am I. I am Juggernaut from JUG Company As you can see, I had been an software engineer before last year And now. I teach the soft skill. So I have both engineer and soft skill coach career experience. I believe I can help you
- So... It's our outline today. First, I need to persuade you to buy it. Believe you need to learn this and do some change Then, I will explain what this idea is. Finally, I will teach you how to implement it.
- First why? why do we need this skill? The answer is simple. Communication ! Communication ! and Communication ! Because it's too important, I have to repeat it 3 times. I'm here to help you to communicate with people easily.
- What's the think on your feet? Use your feet to think???? Absolutely Not~
- you can image these stakes are some kind like the structure. Decide the theme or main points first, then it’s much easier.
- The process is like this. We use stakes to decide the main points, and fill in the content with these stakes.
- Now I will teach you how to implement it. what kind of stakes you can use? So next, I will introduce these 3 basic plans, time , location and triangle plan.
- If someboday asks you this question what's your response fine good how about trying the time plan. in the morning, there was nothing to do. I felt relaxed. it's Good in the afternoon, A lot of work waited to do. I felt sleepy. Not Good. in the evening, After works, I feel energetic. Pretty good.
- At home, I am a sofa potato, just watching TV In the School, I am a basketball player, and play basketball all day, and play well. In the race, I am a professional moto racer. Riding my moto everyday. I love riding.
- When I was a student, I wanted to be a musician. When I was an engineer, I wanted to overcome all the difficulty. Like cross the dangerous mountain. But now, I am a father. Like the normal father, I hope my family are happy all the time. Do not worry about any thing.
