• We lead others the way we lead ourselves.
Know yourself, cultivate and stick to your
values, demonstrate strong ethics.
• This provides people watching you with a
sense of direction.

• Master the past, study the present and
prepare for the future. Know the rules and
discover the lope holes.
• Remember, you can only connect the dots of
leadership looking back first before moving
forward forever.

• Empower people to draw out their potential
through delegation, encouragement and
inspiration. Nurture and grow people

• Provide an inclusive environment to foster
team spirit and a sense of connectivity and
belonging through effective listening

• Provide feedback to people, show openness to
new ideas and criticisms, be comfortable in
handling conflicts and prudent in resolving
problems.

• Set SMART goals and outline plans to attain
them.
