Juliet Thomas, the Founder President, carries a passion to see women transformed and developed. She pioneered the Women’s Department in Evangelical Fellowship of India, from 1983-87. She also pioneered the Women’s prayer movement in Operation Mobilisation India from 1988 (March)-2005 (March). She became the Founder Director of Arpana Women’s Ministries, which is a national vibrant network today. She had been an integral part of several National and International Forums and Committees for more than 25 years. She has often written and vocally addressed women’s issues both in India and abroad.
