Scheduling candidate interviews for appropriate clients.
Work closely with Reporting Manager to and to understand overall needs of the requirements.
Networking and build relationships with clients and candidates
Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (Phone screen or client interview).
Managing, coordinating and processing of the selected candidate</li></ul>Secondary Responsibilities: <br /><ul><li>Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
Follow the automated recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of application system.
Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director or Reporting Manager.
Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director and Reporting Manager as required.
Solicit referrals from potential talent and recent hires. </li></ul>Day-to-day responsibilities: <br /><ul><li>Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database application system
Assisting in generating leads and referrals from conversations with candidates
Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards
Effective usage of Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results</li></ul>Qualifications Required: <br /><ul><li>High Energy and Confidence level mandatory
Any degree with Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment
Prior experience in IT Recruitment strongly preferred.
Knowledge of technical terminology and concepts
Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology
Ability to accurately and articulately document information
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
