Recruitment Executive will be groomed to assist in recruiting for the client and development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team.   2. 2. Scheduling candidate interviews for appropriate clients.
  3. 3. Work closely with Reporting Manager to and to understand overall needs of the requirements.
  4. 4. Networking and build relationships with clients and candidates
  5. 5. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (Phone screen or client interview).
  6. 6. Managing, coordinating and processing of the selected candidate</li></ul>Secondary Responsibilities: <br /><ul><li>Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
  7. 7. Follow the automated recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of application system.
  8. 8. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director or Reporting Manager.
  9. 9. Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director and Reporting Manager as required.
  10. 10. Solicit referrals from potential talent and recent hires. </li></ul>Day-to-day responsibilities: <br /><ul><li>Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline
  11. 11. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
  12. 12. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database application system
  13. 13. Assisting in generating leads and referrals from conversations with candidates
  14. 14. Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards
  15. 15. Effective usage of Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results</li></ul>Qualifications Required: <br /><ul><li>High Energy and Confidence level mandatory
  16. 16. Any degree with Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  17. 17. Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment
  18. 18. Prior experience in IT Recruitment strongly preferred.
  19. 19. Knowledge of technical terminology and concepts
  20. 20. Knowledge of various Domains and Sub Domains
  21. 21. Ability to do retained and executive search through various networking sites
  22. 22. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and social networks.
  23. 23. Self confidence combined with willingness to learn and apply new skills and concepts.
  24. 24. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule
  25. 25. Strong problem solving ability
  26. 26. Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
  27. 27. PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology
  28. 28. Ability to accurately and articulately document information
