Class Goal

이 수업을 통해
1. 다양한 방송영상서비스 사례과 환경들을 살펴봄에 따라 이에 대한 발전방향을 알수 있다.
2. 새로운 방송영상서비스의 사용자를 이해할 수 있다.
3. 서비스 디자인 방법론을 이해할 수 있다.
4. 서비스 디자인 방법론을 활용한 사용자 관찰을 통해 새로운 서비스 아이디어를 도출할 수 있다.
5. 도출된 아이디어를 바탕으로 새로운 서비스 디자인을 설계할 수 있다.
6. 최종적으로 Feasible한 쌍방향 서비스 프로토타입을 완성할 수 있다.
