Cost is basically depend on the organization

McDonalds locations are throughout the world and
each country have different locations, so each
locations they hire a different set of teams who work
for different locations which increases the labour &
infrastructure cost. If the organization is small like
one restaurant, then only one member will promote
that restaurant on snapchat like, that member post 5
coupons or menu images or commercial videos a
day. As, in case of McDonalds every country’s
individuals have different taste so different products,
its expensive.
