Discussion 1:
Question:
After reading the weekly chapters and articles how would you
describe the factors that determine the tone at the top from an
organizational perspective?
Tone at the top is the phrase which mainly used to describe the
leadership and dedication of management to transparency,
justice, integrity and ethical conduct. Tone at the top is an
expression that becomes a major corporate theme. Most
managers think of ethics as a matter of personal scruples, a
matter of privacy between people and their consciences. Such
administrators are eager to characterize any misconduct as an
isolated incident, a rogue employee's job. Never comes into
their minds the thought that the organization might bear some
blame for the misdeeds of a person. Ethics has nothing to do
with leadership after all.
The article includes different perspective corporate governances
use as an ethic, every Corporate Chiefs has its own style to
follow when it comes to practice ethics and what they want their
employee to follow. Tone at the top also impacts financial
reporting. The corporate narrative language is the voice at the
edge, as it is a key way for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to take the lead Sally Gunz, & Linda Thorne. (2015). Every
Corporate governance has there on different behavioral
principles and values they follow and practice and they want
their employees to follow like Consistency you have to aim for
behavioral reliability. Employees easily become inconsistent,
particularly if a leader plays the company's favorites and
enforces different standards for certain employees, integrity,
Work ethic, Take risks, collaboration.
Discussion 2:
Question:
After reading the weekly chapters and articles how would you
describe the factors that determine the tone at the top from an
organizational perspective?
The end goal for each of the organizations is to make a
difference in the business environment through enhancing a
good reputation. Profits are essential part of an organization’s
growth but they have a long run continuity on the organization
need as well as good reputation which is possible when
organizations follow business ethics. There exist several
methods which could help in the determination of the ethical
culture in an organization from the aspects that are significant.
Ethics defines the trajectory of an organization as well as helps
in defining the relation between an organization and the
external practitioners. This is a control which ensures that
regulated the behavior of employees. On a short note we can say
tone at the top as the internal audit to understand the ethical
climate of the organization. Here we focus over the ethical
behavior of top level management to estimate the overall ethical
culture of the organization. It is believed that employees
behavior and ethics depends over top level management.
On the aspects which help in the determination of the tone at
the top from the perspective of an organization is customer
survey. Customer survey helps understand problems as well as
define their cause. From here, we are in a position of
determining the ethical impact that the management over their
employees. Ethics is directly linked to the senior management.
When they maintain an ethical organizational culture, the other
employees are likely to follow suit and also maintain an ethical
culture. Field checks help to estimate the ethical behavior at top
level management and employees survey through anonymity or
exit interviews determine the tone at the top.
Safety of the employees and workers should always be a priority
because life cannot be compared to the productivity that a
company is interested in. Therefore, policies that are infringing
on the safety of the workers simply because a company wants to
be productive should be eliminated at all possible costs. There
exist various policies that could be implemented to help in
protecting workers who could get injured in the process of
working at the premises of the company

GRADING RUBRIC & Outline for Writing Topics Page 1
I.
Introduction
In Section I, you are to introduce the topic and dilemma which
exists or is
encountered in medical and / or pharmacy ethics or pharmacy
law, and explain how
and why the dilemma exists.
Introduce the various positions which you have discovered after
doing some
research on the topic you have chosen only briefly to the reader
(your audience)
because these are the various perspectives ( 2 or more) which
you will be
discussing in Sections II and II below.
II.
Perspective of Supporter (Pros)
In Section II, discuss the “pros” or supporter’s perspective and/
or the common or
prevailing view on the topic you have chosen.
In Section II, you should be educating the reader (your
audience) as to this point of
view.
III.
Perspective of Challenger (Cons)
Discuss on the other hand, the “cons” or view of challengers to
view above in
Section II and/ or the perspective or arguments against the
common or prevailing
view on the topic you have chosen. (If you are able to identify
a third viewpoint,
then by all means you can also discuss that too.)
In Section III, educate the reader (your audience) as to this
alternate point of view.
IV.
Individual Opinion
Offer your individual opinion formed on the basis of your
research and analysis of
the issue, and the various viewpoints that surface and are
addressed in your paper.
You should explain to the reader (your audience) why you adopt
your position.
Note: The point of the assignment is not to identify one right or
wrong perspective.
The point is to be able to identify that an issue has more than
one perspective, and
to weigh the values that are being balanced on each side of the
issue.
V.
Conclusion
Succinctly summarize and offer the reader – whether or not the
issue can be
adequately resolved now or in the future. Are there social
changes anticipated that
will impact the issue? You can also identify some points that
are perhaps not
resolved at this time, or may continue to remain unresolved in
the future.

  • 8. Discussion 1: Question: After reading the weekly chapters and articles how would you describe the factors that determine the tone at the top from an organizational perspective? Tone at the top is the phrase which mainly used to describe the leadership and dedication of management to transparency, justice, integrity and ethical conduct. Tone at the top is an expression that becomes a major corporate theme. Most managers think of ethics as a matter of personal scruples, a matter of privacy between people and their consciences. Such administrators are eager to characterize any misconduct as an isolated incident, a rogue employee's job. Never comes into their minds the thought that the organization might bear some blame for the misdeeds of a person. Ethics has nothing to do with leadership after all. The article includes different perspective corporate governances use as an ethic, every Corporate Chiefs has its own style to follow when it comes to practice ethics and what they want their employee to follow. Tone at the top also impacts financial reporting. The corporate narrative language is the voice at the edge, as it is a key way for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take the lead Sally Gunz, & Linda Thorne. (2015). Every Corporate governance has there on different behavioral principles and values they follow and practice and they want their employees to follow like Consistency you have to aim for behavioral reliability. Employees easily become inconsistent, particularly if a leader plays the company's favorites and enforces different standards for certain employees, integrity, Work ethic, Take risks, collaboration. There exist several methods which could help in the determination of the ethical culture in an organization from the aspects that are significant. Ethics defines the trajectory of an organization as well as helps in defining the relation between an organization and the external practitioners. This is a control which ensures that regulated the behavior of employees. On a short note we can say tone at the top as the internal audit to understand the ethical climate of the organization. Here we focus over the ethical behavior of top level management to estimate the overall ethical culture of the organization. It is believed that employees behavior and ethics depends over top level management. On the aspects which help in the determination of the tone at the top from the perspective of an organization is customer survey. Customer survey helps understand problems as well as define their cause. From here, we are in a position of determining the ethical impact that the management over their employees. Ethics is directly linked to the senior management. When they maintain an ethical organizational culture, the other employees are likely to follow suit and also maintain an ethical culture. Field checks help to estimate the ethical behavior at top level management and employees survey through anonymity or exit interviews determine the tone at the top. Safety of the employees and workers should always be a priority because life cannot be compared to the productivity that a company is interested in. Therefore, policies that are infringing
