• Karthik is a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Warangal & MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB)
• He is currently responsible for the handling project management and execution of end-to-end commercial
interior projects

space plan and do a test fit. At this
stage you can see if the building suits
your needs. No two buildings of the
same size are alike and not all will
meet your needs. We will also prepare
3D renders so you can see the 2D
plans come to life. Once a building
survey has been carried out and the
drawings in principle have been signed
off we can give detailed budgetary
information.

With a floor plan agreed our design
team can work closely with you to

statutory requirements and health and

Provision of your furniture - whether
modular or build at site - is key to
the overall project. Happho ensures
that the furniture are delivered in time
and installed in the work place before
you move in.

occupancy support
We will continue to provide the support
you need making sure of onsite
training as and where necessary. We will
ensure that all furniture and build is
handover over. We will provide any
maintenance free of cost upto a period
of 1 year from the date of handover.
