 Installation and commissioned a New Tetrapak facility along with necessary utilities consisting of 2 #
of A3 Highspeed Tetrapak machines & 2 # of TBA-19 low speed machines
 Revamped and improved the productivities of all bottling lines thereby achieving production from 2.5
lacs to 6 lacs per month at KBDL Nelamangala
 Installation and commissioning of 4TPH Forbe Vyncke step grate Husk fired boiler with Multicyclone
filter & Bagfilter
 Installation & commissioning of DG set control panel up to 1000 KVA capacity.
 Automation of boiler with VFD, maintaining condensate heat recovery more than 80 % on boiler
 Re-wrote the ISO 9001-2000 required Production & Maintenance Procedures for Alcohol based
beverages.
 Complete refurbishing of a product line with flexibility of running of two sizes of bottles in the same
line that had spare capacity to match with growing sales from 30,000 cases in 2001 to
approximately 150000 cases in 2003. Included expansion from 22 products to over 80 products in
production as of 2006.
 The successful setup of a tank farm / blending facility with the goals of zero finished inventory, less
than 24 hour turn-around on orders and zero emissions to the environment .
 Researched, purchased and setup Intermittent Vertical Conveyor for transferring of finished goods
from ground floor to first floor occupying minimum floor space. Equipment setup and servce run
were completed on time within a four week time frame. Subsequently provided a 100% return on
investment within the first 9 months of activity.
