• INVESTIGATIONS :
Hemo-N , LFT, RFT,ELEC - N.
CXR , CARDIA , OGD - N

13. • US ABD - large heterogenous mass along the
ant. surface of stomach.
• Multiple hepatic metastasis.
• Multiple mesentric and omental deposits.
• Hypoechoic lesion in the pelvis.

14. RADIOLOGICAL IMPRESSION :
GIST with deposits.
Ovarian malignancy with deposits .
CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS :
Gastric neoplasm
Ovarian cancer
Carinomatosis peritonei
