13. Who do you think
you are?
There are many awesome people in the world,
you can be “like” them, but don’t be them.
Because you are still “you”.
Be the best you can be.
17. When was the last
time you really talk
to yourself?
Talk to yourself more, and use your name when do you it.
Be proud to say your name.
18. As an adult, we talk to
ourselves at the rate of 150-
300 words a minute, or nearly
50,000 thoughts per day.
James Jensen
That’s a lot of thinking! So please inject them
with positive “words” that can be transformed
into positive actions.
21. Most people who say they
have 10, 15, 20 years of
experience basically mean
they have 1 year of experience
multiplied by 10,15, and 20.
Treat every day as a learning
experience and grow.
24. Good or bad decisions make you
grow. Whether you like it or not, you
have face the consequence of each
decision you make.
There’s no such thing as “NO
CHOICE”. Choosing to say it is
already a choice.
25. Everything happens for a
reason. But sometimes the
reason is that you’re “stupid”
and make bad decisions.
Accept the stupidity and learn from it.
27. Try to see the big picture of a
task or goal and split it into
manageable parts and deal
with the parts one by one (as
early as possible).
28. When you are tired and about to
give up, look how far you have
come and not how far you still
have to go. Then plan the next
step. Ask yourself, what’s next?
