- Query locators get started when you have a nested subquery or use standard set controller. Max of 50 per user for Apex, 5 for Visualforce mentioned in limits footnote although not documented. Referred to as 10 in the API?Large queries (more than 500 records) or those using subqueries
- Idea exchange says no for sites. Communities documentation talks about being able to add a certificate for your custom domain – you have to contact SFDC and I haven’t found anyone that has done this.
