Moufida is a Business Woman, Entrepreneur, senior consultant, Training Trainer, Facilitator, executive Coach, EBC*L
certified trainer at the EBC*L Arab World in Austria, focusing on new approaches to learning and change leardership, with
an economic and international commerce background; Moufida has an intensive experience in public, private and university
educational sectors investigating on the challenges and opportunities around international business leadership development.
Moufida is also in the field of organization consulting, in entrepreneurship and mentorship, project management, advocacy
lobbying, strategic planning and building capacities.
For more than 15 years, Moufida works on her committee for Youth, Women and Gender legal empowerment by personnel
development projects and social entrepreneurship to assure their independence financially. Her current work in organization
focuses on effectively linking people process to desired organizational outcomes.
She manages companies and organizations strategic and vision, as well as their goals.
She locates the needs, creates the statement and move for concrete solution and by the way she began the implementation
through training by assuring a favorable legal environment.
Today as a young entrepreneur with the heart, she has leaded at an early age an innovate project providing job opportunities
for young and university students. Choosing a difficult operation, and yet succeeding spread the project nationally and
therefore provide more job opportunities for needy women, was a turning point challenge in her career.
She has a 10 years great experience as public speaker with international organizations, she has developed and conducted for
young entrepreneurs, women, university students and professional people leadership program to support women leaders with
great connections in the Europe, North Africa, the Arab Gulf Area and Mena region. She works with global organizations and
has conducted legal empowerment workshops on social accountability in Europe, North Africa, Egypt, Jordany,..
