AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOBOKEN TO ESTABLISH
A DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE. (DR-391).
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL BY TEN PERCENT. (DR-392).
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR BY TEN PERCENT. (DR-
393).

CONSENT AGENDA

business by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate

RESOLUTIONS
1.* Authorizing the submission of an application to the Hudson County Trust Fund
for the acquisition of land in the Southwest Development Zone for open and

2.* Calling for the City Council to pledge ten percent of its salary to Hoboken-based

3.* Authorizing the refund of two duplicate certificates paid ($200) in error.

ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOBOKEN, ENTITLED “FIRE
PREVENTION,” TO CREATE A NEW PROVISION REGARDING FALSE FIRE ALARMS.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 101 OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE CITY OF HOBOKEN, ENTITLED “FIRE
PREVENTION”.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATERFRONT
WALKWAY LOCATED IN THE CITY, AND APPROPRIATING $11,621,723 THEREFORE
FROM THE CITY’S CAPITAL FUND.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A.
40A:12A-7 FOR THE WESTERN EDGE REDEVELOPMENT AREA IN THE CITY OF
HOBOKEN.
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE HOBOKEN CITY COUNCIL TO CONTRIBUTE A
PORTION OF THEIR SALARY TOWARDS THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS.
