PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Currently working with the TATA Consultancy Services Ltd (Vendor), Deutsche Bank
(Client), as Process Associate from Aug 2013 to till date.
Market Risk Operations
 Perform business analysis to understand financial performance by Value at Risk Model
and key Sensitivities to the Market Risk Managers on day on day basis that is used to
inform future investment decisions.
 Majorly looks into Emerging Market business.
 Accepting risk submissions from the sensitivity loading team from various regions and
various source systems like Flow risk, dbrat, MIS3, KONDOR, RAVE etc
 Extracting risk sensitivities like DELTA, GAMMA, etc and then validating sensitivity
movements against pre-defined thresholds.
 If any risk sensitivitythreshold breaches identified, they are validated with the sensitivity
loading team(Product control). As a result of this reconciliation check, risk submissions
are either accepted in to the VaR calculation or rolled back with pending further
investigation.
 Investigation is performed by checking and resolving GPC risk submissions to find
whether risk loaded with/without errors mapping errors, common COB date issues.
 Calculating VaR based on the risk sensitivities, then analysing the VaR and validating
finally with the help of Market risk managers.
 Responsible for sending out the final approved detailed VaR reports of overall business’s
which contains the VaR numbers, signed off package, rolled books stale units, huge
movements, mapping issues etc
 Preparing MRM reports, structured credit, Daily and Weekly dashboard and Age of Var.
 Migration of risk this includes creation of source files, mapping of trader codes, creation
of risk factors, set up in global position collector, interaction with various stakeholders
like MRM, IT, product control etc



2. Tax Operations
 Demonstrating and understanding of basic tax concepts and proactively gaining tax
knowledge through client’s assignments and current tax departments
 Tax process is an “Account Maintenance” process were the accounts (Cash Collateral and
Prime Brokerage) are coded in the respective applications.
 Have good knowledge on validating the tax forms used in U S (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8IMY, W-
8EXP) by the IRS (Internal Revenue Services).
 Currently working on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act).
 Major part of tax process deal with withholding statements with account opening to
submit the same to IRS for payments.
