2. INTRODUCTION
This Project is a "Egg Hatching Machine" that serves as chicken egg incubation more systematic.
With the use of this Incubator hatching eggs are more successful when compared with incubation
manually. This project will create more focused on controlling an electronic system that uses more
electronic components to enable it to operate. The main purpose of this project is designed so that the
hatching eggs were more successful than the incubation manually. The construction of this project is
used almost 95% of wood as the main ingredient. In the projects, Thermostat applied to control
temperature and heater created by lighting so that it can control the bulbs and fans automatically.
3. PROBLEM STATEMENT
We found that the needs of chicken raise from day to day in this country. So with this, we
settled on an idea to create an innovative product and a high-tech modernization comparable
to that enjoyed by the world today to help the country in the food industry sector.
Product named egg hatching machine which is able to warm up eggs as a chicken do in its
nest. This egg hatching machine is designed to improve the available eggs incubator in
order to change the traditional farming method to advance and modern farming method
4. Scope of the project
Manufacture of EGG HATCHING MACHINE which can help to warm up the egg until it
hatch.
This EGG HATCHING MACHINE able to fill 48 eggs at a time. The machine will take
21 days to hatch an egg.

Design and build up a machine that can help to produce more chicks at one time.
10. CONCLUSION
The project had been achieved , project design and construction machine production, various important
aspects were highlighted.
Finally, in this project, during the test operation is performed and the resulting machine can operate
properly and timely aspects of the pipeline. This project is also able to measure the extent of our
knowledge and understanding in the process of applying the theory that have been learned.
In addition, knowledge about the function of each mechanical theory such as material strength, power,
and others unknown.
The conclusion of this final semester project implementation can be a yardstick ability and the extent to
which our expertise before ending the session.
