2. Characteristics
§ Safe pump system for plasticizing and pumping high-viscosity media in solid
block form. The geometry of the spindles in combination with the pump
housing guarantees a forced guidance of the pumped media; eliminating the
need for additional equipment.
§ With the help of synchronized, contact free spindles the unit is dry run
protected, there for free of unwanted wear.
§ The bearing block with drive and spindles is disconnected through quick
connect closures from the pump housing. For cleaning purposes the rotary
unit can be easily pulled back over slide rails.
§ Quick connect closures and a heavy hinge allow to open the pressure
nozzle to clean the pressure side of the DSP.
§ Through the geometry of the spindles and the matched housing a good
drainage is guaranteed and the lost media is significantly reduced.
§ An additional hopper with table to unpack blocks can be adapted.
§ Pressure up to 10 bar are available without an additional booster pump.
§ All connect closures are secured with contactless safety switches.
3. Benchmark data DSP
§ Max. pressure (dependent on speed and viscosity): approximately 10 bar
§ Flow rate (dependent on speed and viscosity): approx.: 1 to 10 t/h
§ Central temperature: from -18°C to ambient temperature
For temperature lower than 0°C a optional
desintegrator is available
§ Block material: butter, marzipan, rework, cheese, margarine, palm fat,
chocolate, fondant, mincemeat, fruit preparation and others
