Project Details:
Design and Validation for Valves Fitting for Hoke USA
The object is to design valve fittings like Tee Type, Elbow and straight Connectors. The model was created as
per standard and evaluated and common features like NPT and Gyrolok are standardised. The standardization was
done for various sizes 1 to 34” for gyrolok and 1 to 16 for NPT. After Validation the drawings are finalised and
approved for manufacturing and released for production. E-PDM was used for effective process, product and project
management.
2. Design and Validation for Ball Valves
The object is to design a valve with existing 2D drawing. The models was created as per standard and
evaluated. After Validation the drawings are created from models. The various sizes (up to 64inches) of models are
created, finalised and approved for manufacturing and released for production. E-PDM was used for effective process,
product and project management.

Project Details:
Title : Design and Development of Semi-Automatic lathe
Description : The object is to develop the semi-automatic machine. It involves Concept Design,
(Power, Torque, Speed, Gear Calculation, Pulley) calculations, selection and assembly. The
Calculation was done for speed and torque, Selection Involves in material and sheet
thickness. After finalize the concept model going to be created. Based on calculations the
drawings are released with specified tolerance. BOM was released for purchase and assembly
department. Final assemble and testing was done.
Title : Design and Development of rapid speed carriage movement in lathe
Description : The object is to develop the Rapid movement in carriage instead of manual
Movement. It involves Concept Design, calculation, Selection and Assembly. After finalizing
the concept design then the models created for the machine. Finally manufacturing drawings
with tolerance are issued.
