3. The Enterprise
Netindia Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad based company focused on
Research & Development in the spheres of Embedded
Networking & Communications and was incorporated
in February 2000.
Netindia is an “Embedded Systems & Solutions company”. Netindia over the course of
its establishment has developed its own research-oriented internal divisions working
towards design and development of various embedded solutions.
Netindia provides best-of-breed solutions comprising hardware, software, target boards
and technical assistance to enable developers, OEM & ODM to rapidly create, deploy and
deliver intelligent computing devices, Internet appliances, PDA and Industrial
Communication Products.
The Company has a 7500 sq. ft., fully equipped development center at Hyderabad which
houses state of the art hardware, software, testing equipment and network
infrastructure. Its technical team consists of 50 well-trained embedded professionals.
Netindia is an enterprise keenly focused on Embedded Communication, Industrial
Automation, Process Control, Networking, Remote Monitoring Solutions and Intelligent
Computing Devices. Our corporate goal is to stand as an unique store of Standards &
Protocol based solutions in the embedded arena and to be the industry's most preferred

Infrastructure at the state of the art development centre
includes
Our State of the Art design center at Hyderabad (India)
Covers 7500 SFT of building space. It's well connected
through satellite links & has video & Tele Conference facilities
to conduct reviews at various stages with the customer.
We are equipped with a variety of development & simulation, emulation tools for hardware
software development. We also have strategic partners equipped EMI, EMC, &
Environmental Test Laboratories to ensure that our designs are of highest quality and meet
our customer expectations.
Quality
Quality Assurance:
Netindia quality policy incorporates quality assurances across all functions of the
organization. This features a reiterative process for review of quality processes.
The focal point of Netindia quality program is the Netindia Quality and Process group
(NQAP).
The contemporary process architecture is modular, in line with the Capability Maturity
Model (CMM) and adheres to the latest ISO standards. The dynamism inherent in each
process makes it amenable to continual improvement in tandem with the changing
paradigms of technology. A powerful feedback option is available for speedy interaction
between the user and the NQAP group.
Netindia is in the process of achieving the repeatable and defined maturity level, the SEI-
CMM Level 4.
Netindia existing Project Documentation Standards are in tune with:

Netindia Quality Management System (NQMS) incorporates international standards of

Software Design Expertise
We have expertise in Real Time Systems Designs using various Micro-Controllers. We have
experience in Designs ranging from Time-critical applications to Multiple Interrupt driven
based on multi-processor platforms.
We have expertise in designing Custom Real Time Kernels as well as development of
Embedded Software on RTOS such as VxWorks, WinCE, QNX, RTLinux, uCOS, eCOS Etc.,
