Kowshick Sen was born in a Middle class family of Kishoregonj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has been completed his B.Sc.(Hons') and MS in Environmental Science from the Institute of Forestry and Environmental Sciences of the University of Chittagong. He is the eldest son of Shamol Chandra San and Priti Lata San. He has a sister also and she is married.
