Skin is one of the visible outer part of human body, which
plays an important role to defend our body by fighting
against micro-organisms, bacteria, weather conditions which
may harm the body routine.

10. MY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Fast of all I don’t digestive other people’s irritation on me.
My strength is when my beside person encouraged me then I will complete
any difficult task.
My another strength is Money in my pocket.
My weakness is immediate anger on my friends about small kidding
situations.
Another one is I Don’t tell lies with my beside people.
I have self confidence and some of Leadership qualities is useful to do_
things, work, etc..,
I will take effort on things for analyzing my work.
I have so much of interest on electrics, as usually on different works which
my neighborhoods actually they don’t know.

First of all I never speak lies with my friend. It is my WEAKNESS. when I share
things about any situation they will don’t understand at that time they will take
as advantage.
They will laugh about my talking words.

when I am going to outside my skin will get black and oily.
my skin having dark spots.
I have so many pimples on face.
when I shave my must ouch then that part will get small & white dots.
some times my skin upper layer was going.

PROBLEMS.
lot of Drinking water to improving skin radiation.
washing face in lesser time with plain water are any time.
Using good & clean cotton to scrub face after washing avoid using hands in any time
to clean face.
Asking good medicine for skin problems from a doctor.
Using ayurvedic products for my skin type. Like face cream, moisturizer, sun screen
lotion, tad removal and sanitizer for instant kill germs without water to hand.
Maintain time to eat, going to bed & using creams, medicine.

In a china bowl take a spoon of
tomato juice and mix it with a
spoon of Roopamrit. Apply it on
your face and leave it to dry for
1/2 hr. then wash it with water.

Dandruff
I have little bit of hair fall on my forehead.
Since few days I have dandruff problem also.
My hair is very thin. That’s why I can’t comb properly.
I have so much of white hair.

23. HOME REMIDES
1) Egg treatment:- Use the entire egg to condition your hair. If you have dry or brittle hair, use
egg whites to moisturize your hair. Use ½ cup of any egg mixture (egg white, entire egg) and
apply to clean, damp hair. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.
2) Don't wash your hair frequently:-Wash your hair every 2-3 days, for proper regulation of
natural hair oils. Washing your hair less often will also help regain your hair's natural body
and luster.
3) Cleanliness is important.

YOUR HAIR
• Stick with gentle cleansers: Harsh, chemical- filled shampoos can
strip our hair of natural oils and make it even drier. Look for allnatural products made specifically for dry hair to help add moisture
back in. Also, consider changing shampooing schedule: Instead of
washing hair daily, scale back to once or twice a week to help
preserve natural oils and give hair a rest.
• Avoid rough handling: All that combing, blow- drying, and
straightening can take their toll on hair. Avoid over scrubbing when
you’re washing, let your hair air dry, and comb or brush only as
needed.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads and cereals, potatoes, rice noodles,
dried beans, peas, and lentils.
Regular exercise. Especially as we age, exercise can be the key to weight loss and maintenance
of a desirable weight.
Sandwiches and salads should be prepared using whole grain breads.
A free weekly diet plan should include fish, chicken and poultry as the main sources of meat.
Red meat is best if you only have it one to two times per week.
cutting down on refined sugars and using fresh ingredients will be all you need to lose weight.

From grooming classes I learn so many things like how to
groom, how to interactive with outward personalities.
I like this grooming classes because this class will teach
what is the first impression, how to maintain dress code this
class was teaching so much about grooming.
I fell good because I am in.
