If you check on URL after loaded delve, it’s a hosted “My Site” site collection named me.aspx

Delve care about your privacy
 Your documents are safe until you told Delve to share, other than that Delve never involve with changing permissions
 Private documents are private to you.
 Delve don’t share private activities like;
What are the documents you have read
Your email conversations
Lync conversations and etc.
 But… If you have modified a document and other user have access to it, then other party sees your modification
Note:
 Your delve is different form which others sees.
 You can see your private docs but others see what they have access to them

Scenario:
