  8. Exercise 2 ◎This exercise should be fun because it’s all about dream actualization – concocting your biggest, greatest dream for yourself ◉Take a look at your calendar and pick a day. It could be today, then flip forward to that same day a year from now and imagine what your most optimal day looks like

  10. Exercise 3 1. Look at each component of your dream day and ask yourself – how can I make this an actuality? 2. What would need to happen? 3. What would I need to do? 4. What would I need to possibly change about myself or my outlook to make this dream real?

In business, if it is the perfect moment, you are too late. ◉They miss the big picture while being too focused on small things. ◎Quit stalling, the perfect moment is NOW. Stop doing

  15. Change your tone I don’t instead of I can’t. I will instead of I can ◎The students who told themselves “I can’t eat X” chose to eat the chocolate candy bar 61% of the time. Meanwhile, the students who told themselves “I don’t eat X” chose to eat the chocolate candy bars only 36% of the time. This simple change in terminology significantly improved the odds that each person would make a more healthy food choice. ◎Next time you need to avoid saying yes, say “I don’t”.
