- 7. Career development is influenced by 2 groups of factors: - External – everything related to our constantly changing environment. - Internal – all elements of one’s being such as knowledge, skills, emotions, values, attitudes.
- 8. What is the EU position? We need career management skills. Teachers play key role in supporting young people from an early age to take free and informed decision for their education and professional development.
