The April 2015 Q&A Medical Coding Webinar from Certification Coaching Org, also known as www.codingcertification.org, discussed a variety of topics of interest to outpatient, inpatient, and HCC medical coders including Cushing’s Syndrome (255.0), Immunotherapy Injection Sequencing, Being an Auditor, PPM (Physician Practice Management), Billing – Bone Marrow, Neoplasm Table, Exacerbation, Immunotherapy Coding Overview, and Anesthesia Modifier Coding. Certification Coaching Org’s product offerings were briefly discussed including an upcoming webinar on “Modifiers – It’s All About the Money” and the Replay Club which allows members to review past monthly webinars and obtain CEUs. purchased. I'm confused coz I believe that in Neoplasm
you need to code primary CA in second position and
secondary CA in first position.

- 95117 (multiple) dx. 477.8 and has an allergic
reaction to the serum 995.0.
- Physician is called in and therefore ov needs
to be charged.
Q: Would the order be the E/M first with principal dx 995.0 or
the reason for the encounter which was the injection IT. 95117
