Would you bill the delivery under the provider that provided the
antepartum care and not under the provider that performed the

Question:
The ICD-9 cross walk converts 659.73 to O76, which ends with a
description of "complicating labor and delivery", are you allowed
to use this code at any time in pregnancy or just during labor
and delivery. If not, what would you use for abnormal fetal heart
rate. Same for O77.8?
