Objectives:
1. Provide Victorian Public Libraries a forum for discussion of marketing and promotion opportunities.
2. Raise the profile of marketing, to fully integrate it as a core function of public libraries in Victoria.
3. Provide opportunities for collaborative (internal and external) partnerships
