Презентацията представя проект на Регионална библиотека "Любен Каравелов" - Русе, насочен към създаването на среда за подпомагане включването на хората от третата възраст в дейности на библиотеката по създаване на бази -данни с историческо и краеведско значение. // This presentation presents our project's idea to develop an open area to facilitate the inclusion of senior citizens as part of the library activities in order to acquire new skills and use them to create a local historical database for the region of Ruse.

OBJECTIVES • Creating an environment for social integration of senior citizens, introducing an innovative service for their active involvement in the events of the Library; • Building a sustainable innovative partnership network to develop the mechanisms for social inclusion of senior citizens; • Promoting an active lifestyle to older people by introducing innovative services to enhance their digital skills in collecting, digitizing and preserving the history of Ruse and the region. - 4. 60+ WE KNOW AND WE CAN YOU ARE A PART OF OUR LIFE 3th INELI Balkans Convening, 1 - 2.09.2017, Athens • 5 (planned 4) training groups were set up for people of non-working age; • 28 (planned 20) people from the target group were trained. I have very good computer skills but I've learned a lot of new things - how to scan, how to process photos, it was fun!

New partners are attracted. New partnerships are created. A model for active inclusion of the senior citizens in the life of the community has been developed.
