2. Narrator Enters: JANE Good Morning, Ladies!! I hope everyone is enjoying the retreat so far... Our topic this year is the “TOTAL WOMAN! Body, Soul and Spirit.” We’ve searched far and wide to find someone who embodies this ideal- I’d like to introduce you to our total woman!!

3. Total Woman Enters, Hesitantly: TORI Gee, I don’t know... Here I am at my 1st retreat with all these ladies and I feel like a total fraud!! The Total Woman? What’s that? I just don’t feel like I have my act together. My body, soul and spirit always seem to be at war! I go to church on Sunday and I feel so spiritual..

4. Then I go to work on Monday and the body takes over: I want to climb to the top at work so I can make the most money..I want the things I see in the stores...I want to party and have fun...Then my soul takes over and I swing from joy to sorrow at my actions...I wish there was more harmony in my life....

5. Narrator: JANE Perhaps we were too hasty at choosing our Total Woman.... Let’s see if we can discover where the problem is......

6. ALL 3- Body, Soul and Spirit Enter to “Why Can’t we be Friends??” (Karen, June, Kris)

7. BODY steps forward (Karen) with “Rocky Theme” sung or played as BODY exercises, pulls out mirror from shopping bag and says: “Looking Good!!”

8. RAP: I am the BODY And I look so fine Bet you wish You were a friend of mine! I am the BODY And I like a good time I go out with my friends And I’m not home by nine!

9. I am the BODY And I like to eat! But if I eat too much It’ll go to my seat! (Exercise More!) I am the BODY, I want what I see That’s a nice purse! Give it to me! (Play “Gimmee Dat Ding” as Body steps back....)

10. SOUL steps forward (JUNE)with “Soul Man” played.... and says: “I got Soul...”

11. RAP: I am the SOUL And I have a strong will Of Emotions and mood swings I’ve had my fill I’m grumpy, I’m fearful, I’m happy, I’m sad Stay out of my way You don’t want to see me mad!

12. When things are going well I laugh with glee When things don’t go my way Silver linings I don’t see My emotions run wild They’re hot and they’re cold! Being out of control Is really getting old! (Play “FEELINGS” as the Soul steps back...)

13. SPIRIT steps forward (KRIS) with “Every Time I Feel the Spirit” played

14. RAP: I am the Spirit And I pray all day long From my study of the Bible I can see (YOU) are wrong!!!! (Looks at BODY & SOUL) I work in the church And I sing in the choir I’m such a good example To be me you should aspire!!

15. I always feel holy And righteous and good I like to tell others To behave like they should!! I am the Spirit And I’m God’s favorite child In the Book of Life I know my name is filed!! (pointing toward BODY & SOUL, says: I don’t think theirs are!!!!)

16. ALL 3 - BODY, SOUL AND SPIRIT BEGIN TO ARGUE: BODY and SOUL say to SPIRIT: Hey, what makes you think you’re so special??? BODY- I’m the Best!!!! SOUL - I’m the Best!!!! SPIRIT- REALLY???? I’m the Best!!!!!

17. Narrator (JANE) REVEALS REFEREE SHIRT AND BLOWS WHISTLE!!!! “Hold on, you three!!! You are all part of one special creation!! You are supposed to work together!!!

18. BODY! - Remember in I Corinthians 6:19-20, we read "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."

19. And You, SOUL!!!- Emotions are fine, but don’t you know that it says in Romans 8:6 that “The mind controlled by the sinful nature is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit of Life, is peace.

20. What about You, SPIRIT!!!- You’re not the only one with a God connection!!! It’s not your job to tear down, but to build up! In Galatians 5: 22-23 we read- “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

21. BODY, SOUL, & SPIRIT ALL AT ONCE!!- Hey, she’s right!!! It’s time we work together in harmony!! Let’s give it a go— ALL SING- “Every Time I Feel the Spirit”

22. TOTAL WOMAN- TORI- WOW!! So this is what it really feels like to be a total woman... all 3 parts, Body, Soul & Spirit working together!! Now I can finally feel like a vessel that God can use for HIS honor and glory!!!!!!
