  1. Join Lisa Stevens (@lisibo) at as she suggests that language learning is about
  2. Westlife wisdom “It’s more than words And it’s more than what you say It’s the things you do.”
  3. This session explores the notion that learning a language is about so much more than lists of words and grammar. Drawing from the speaker’s own observations and experiences as a lifelong language learner as well as a teacher and mother, we will consider the importance of context, culture, communication, celebration and connections in nurturing learners with an enduring passion for language(s).
