LJ Hooker operate a stock based model of agency, as opposed to the traditional Indian
brokerage style that is generally requirement (buyer) driven.
Why ? Simply because it makes life easy and quick for the consumer who wants to buy and
lease property, this of course drives consumers to our network.
LJ Hooker consider that a Real Estate Agency should be like a large well stocked
supermarket where the consumer can come to us and select stock that suits their
requirements, and then transact the deal they want, in the easiest and most efficient way
