A Consumer Driven Model
LJ Hooker operate a stock based model of agency, as opposed to the traditional Indian
brokerage style that is generally requirement (buyer) driven.
Why ? Simply because it makes life easy and quick for the consumer who wants to buy and
lease property, this of course drives consumers to our network.
LJ Hooker consider that a Real Estate Agency should be like a large well stocked
supermarket where the consumer can come to us and select stock that suits their
requirements, and then transact the deal they want, in the easiest and most efficient way
possible.
We provide open, transparent and detailed information in regards the stock we represent,
and we provide the consumer with the additional knowledge and information required to
enable a decision to be made.
We market the stock we represent through a wide variety of media and we provide all the
information required by the consumer – such as price.
Unless mandated we do not charge the buyer or tenant.

          tenant and thereafter managing the tenancy.
          We have brought our Property Management expertise to India and now
          offer both a letting and management service to our residential customers
          (LJH manage over 120,000 properties).
          We are now the preferred supplier of these services for a number of
          major builders with the list growing rapidly.
          We offer leasing on a range of residential property, and then ongoing
          management as a separate service should the customer require it.
          We collect rental, manage maintenance and organise tax and owners
          corporation payments etc as well as complete periodic maintenance
          inspections and reports to a set schedule.

We collect rental, manage maintenance and organise tax and owners corporation payments etc as well as complete periodic maintenance inspections and reports to a set schedule.
