The Power of Personas 
turning the abstract into specifics to ideate 
Berlin, Germany
The Brief: 
- Create a service in 48 hours that 
will change the world. 
Global Service Jam 
Our approach was to discover how 
people think, act and feel about it 
through face-to-face interviews. 
“I want to feel at home everywhere” 
- Potential User
The Methodology 
With the help of “Martina” (our 
persona) we were able to focus our 
findings and thus come up with 
a solution to address her needs: a 
dog sharing service. 
The proposed solution turned out 
to be valid for a broad segment of 
people.

integration based on food.

After several brainstorming ses-sions 
and iterations, we defined a 
vision to bring us together. 
“To promote integration in the neighborhood through the 
sharing of cuisines, cultures and resources at home”
The Methodology 
Dividing the team according to expertise, we set 
the tasks to complete and were able to produce 
results while maintaining cohesion within the 
project. 
Sharing results regularly with open discussions.
