This document discusses a Birds of a Feather session on Microsoft Live@EDU and Office 365 for Education. The session aims to understand how many institutions are currently using Live@EDU or have transitioned to Office 365, and how many are interested in investigating Office 365 offerings. The agenda covers administration, support, knowledge and tools needed for Live@EDU, Office 365, Exchange, FOPE, Lync and SharePoint.
