3. The coregameplay of our videogames would consist of a
third-person shooter and a driving game, affording the
player a large, open environment in which to move around.
On foot, the player's character is capable of walking,
running, swimming (albeit for a limited amount of time) and
jumping, as well as utilizing weapons and basic hand-tohand combat. Players can drive a variety of vehicles,
including automobiles, boats, planes,helicopters, jetskis,
and motorcycles.
Basically, you are able to do anything you want, and that is
what makes our games special.
Description
4. Of course a game gets boring if you play it too often , thats
why we want to produce different types of games , but our
aim is to let them all be open-world , so the players can
decide what they want to do.
Description
6. Basically, our Target audience is all people who enjoy
playing videogames . There are 183 million people only in
the US who play videogames.
There are 32% of people who are 1-18 years old,
32% of people who are 19-35 years old,
and 36% of people who are 35 or older,
who play videogames.
The most players are children and teenagers, but there are
also many adults who play videogames.
That means that there is a big target audience for us.
Target audience
8. The best location for our videogames-shops is in the city,
where are many people (for example, munich-stachus).
Many people would pass by our shop there, and take
notice of it.
Another good location would be near schools , because
there are mostly children and teenagers there who are
interested in videogames.
Location and Sales
9. At first we should open one shop in the city , and if the
people like it , we could open a few more in other cities +
maybe an online shop.
To appeal interesting for the people, we would offer
special-sales :
●
●
special offers once a month , for example : Buy 3 games
and pay for 2 (the cheapest one for free)
sell ''special packs'' which include
t-shirts, action figures, bonus dvd's or other things.
Location and Sales
11. The cost must include, in addition to the price paid by the
factors, all other expenses arising from the acquisition,
preservation and consumption, such as transportation,
commissions, handling and storage costs, the financial
interest on capital invested, etc..
The cost, in economic sense, should reflect the value of
consumption at the time of allocation to productive activity,
a value that is representative of the price paid for it, due to
fluctuations in market prices. This, from an economic point
of view, the right thing is to assess the complaints at
replacement.
Cost analysis
13. We would need a few workers for each shop , and people
who run our online shop.
How should they be?
●
●
They should be experienced workers and patient with
customers
Being aware of the sales and special offers, and letting the
customers know
Where to find them?

SWOT-Analysis
17. Gamestop
There are many Gamestop shops in munich. They have
almost every game, but their shops are pretty small and
uncomfortable. There are also sales made all year around.
Saturn
It's hard to mess with Saturn, because they have many
games, but also technical stuff
(handys,washers,computers etc.)
Their shops are very big and comfortable.
