  • Forget about surgery, pills and weights, they DONT work! This DOES work, but you need to follow the methods contained in the guide. Let's be honest, penis size is an important aspect of any man's life whether they want to admit it or not. The market is flooded with products and solutions that claim to have the answer to making your member bigger, but usually these products fail to deliver. Luckily, I happened to come across what might be the "Holy Grail of Penis Enlargement", it's written by this guy named John Collins and it's called the Penis Enlargement Bible. What I found mind blowing about John's program is that he backs up his claims with actual video proof and testimonials from customers who have used the product. It's said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I would say most of these videos are worth 3 to 4 inches! Forget extenders, pills, suction devices and surgery. They are either expensive, too painful or they just don't work. The Penis Enlargement Bible is a proven two step program that combines natural over the counter supplements with a specially designed exercise regime to achieve up to 4" of growth within just a few months. If you are serious about getting bigger, check out the Penis Enlargement Bible here ♥♥♥ https://tinyurl.com/yaygh4xh

  • Six weeks into the program and I no longer suffer from the debilitating symptoms that had practically ruined my life. There are no more migraines, no more joint and knee pains, no more menstrual pain, no more rashes on my chest and no more seborrhea on my eyebrows. It is truly a miracle that you have given me... ◆◆◆ https://tinyurl.com/y4uu6uch

  4. Today’s Goals 1.Present a framework for creating and managing student self-directed learning 2.Explore how to utilize classroom time for student achievement 3.Support diversified student learning needs in a student-centric classroom
  5. 10,000 Foot Overview What is PBL? “Instructional strategy that challenges students to learn through engagement in authentic tasks, issues, and problems” •Provide students a real-world task, the resources they need to solve/complete the task, and the freedom to do so. •Inquire-based, Project-based... focus is on student-centric learning
  6. 10,000 Foot Overview What is Blended Learning? “Constructed learning where both in-person and online platforms are being used to deliver content knowledge” •Making learning accessible in multiple places, and time independent. •Flipped learning, hybrid learning
  7. 10,000 Foot Overview Why PBL? •Student engagement •Higher order thinking •Contextualize learning Why Blended? •Free-up class time •Teaching technological skills •Empower students Why Problem Based + Blended Learning? It’s how we learn in life
  8. Learning in the Corporate World Learning on the job is Problem-Based Learning How do companies support the learning efforts of employees? •Blended Learning •Same concepts, different titles: Performance support, just- in-time training, learning portal •Context of learning is as important as content (Learning Solutions 2015)
  9. Learning in the Corporate World Why do companies support employees with blended learning? •It’s good learning design. Most learn best while doing. •It’s time efficient. Keeps things moving forward.
  10. How we create these learning environments in our classrooms?
  11. The Framework S u p p o r t i n g S e l f - d i r e c t e d L e a r n i n g
  12. Beyond the Lesson Plan Most Lesson Plans Focus on: WHAT students are learning (Objectives) HOW students are learning (instructional strategy, pedagogy) HOW students are demonstrating knowledge (assessment) Good Lesson Plans Include: WHY are students learning HOW can students apply their learning Individualized Education Plan Requirements Formative assessments throughout each lesson (CFUs)
  13. Project-Based + Blended Lessons Include: 1.What supports do my students need to succeed? 2.How am I creating an information- rich learning environment? 3.How will I reinforce student-directed learning?
  14. Supporting Student Learning 1. KNOW your students. 2. Identify what supports students may need (beyond content) Presentation skills, writing support, grammar/math help, research support, creativity, inspiration, time management, distractions 3. What resources can meet those needs? lynda.com, BrainPop, library services, collaborative planning 4. Map skills and resources (starting out, not required later on)
  15. Visually help student make connections Creating a PowerPoint Researching paper topics Organizing my notes Grammar Library Services EbscoHost Student Services Tutoring Hours lynda.com Office for Students Note taking Grammar Fundamentals BrainPop Research Basics Choose “Subject” > “English” Class website Project PPT template website.com/ideas ClassToolbox
  16. Creating an Information-Rich Environment 1. What does it take to get internet into your classroom? Computer labs, laptop carts, grants for tablets/laptops, student cell phones 2. What does it take to move learning outside the classroom? Survey students about at-home tools, flipped classroom, host a learning lunch 3. Provide time for students to seek knowledge Model for students, provide clear time for seeking knowledge
  17. Continuously Reinforce Self-Directed Learning 1. Parking Lot Grid Provide venue for questions, but redirect to student- action 2. Redirect questions to sources, not answers That’s a great question, where do you think we could find the answer? 3. Be consistent - both in PBL, and daily learning Don’t introduce everything at once Do I need 6 sources? Would it strengthen your paper?
  18. Start Small • Test the waters to understand your students: ➡The drawing test ➡Pretest on technical and academic skills. • First problem or project - focus on finding resources and independent work
  19. Maximize Class time d o w h a t y o u d o b e s t : T e a c h
  20. Maximize Classroom Time What can student NOT DO at home? -Flip your classroom -Invite community speaker -Make pre-class preparation critical to class time activity -Reimagine what the classroom looks like!
  21. The Challenge: Limit yourself to 10 minutes a day of entire-class instruction. Not for everyone: Teach a day without speaking. You’ll be amazed at what you learn about your teaching style, and your students.
  22. Classrooms can look like:
  23. Differentiating M e e t i n g t h e d i v e r s e n e e d s o f l e a r n e r s
  24. PBL - Differentiated Lesson Quick wins for meetings varied student needs: Peer Learning Groups A small group of students are working together on a problem/ project. Groupings are by skill level, and problem is specific to the needs of students. Scaffolded Problems PBL lessons fall on a continuum. Some students will walk through the lesson, others may sprint. They will finish in different places, and that’s okay.
  25. Who needs what? What if you could spend an extra 5 minutes a day with each of your struggling students? You can! • If you are a sage-on-the-stage: Clone yourself. • Student-directed learning frees you up to focus on student support. • If you use Blended Learning - Teach students to find the right level of content
  26. Assessing PBL with Blended Learning
