Context  The Client initiated a project to set up a shared services centre in Malaysia supporting APAC region
 The objective was to pull activities from Japan Korea Cambodia Thailand Singapore, India and
Bangladesh to one location to reduce overheads.
 Centralised functions included Finance, Invoicing, Employee Experience and Customer Care
Situation  ManpowerGroup allocated multidisciplinary recruitment teams on the project
 Deployed contingent and perm staffing models
 Allocated an account management structure & a governance model
 Conducted regular reviews for process optimisation
 Provided legal consultations
Results
 ManpowerGroup is working on 6 job orders
 Successfully placed 8 client referred candidates under our payroll and 1 perm headcount.
 The project is expected to ramp up by end of 2020 and ManpowerGroup to become an exclusive supplier
