● The 4G provided two main benefits, increased upload and download speeds

● 4G enabled the smart phones get a quicker response time improving the the

● 5G could provide speed of 800 Gbps, meaning that 30 high definition movies
could be downloaded in a single second.

8. Augmented reality
● Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world
environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by
computer-generated perceptual information.
● Imagine using your phone’s camera to take a picture of a sign in a foreign
language you can’t read. The camera uses image processing to understand
what it is written on the sign. It then uses a translation tool to translate the
sign into a language you do understand it.

● Biometrics is the use of technology that
tracks user values.
● This could be as simple as their heart
rate with fitness devices, ot it could be
voice recognition software, fingerprint
and iris recognition or even pattern
recognition of DNA patterns.

● Cloud computing is where a collection of
servers are used to store or process data
instead of doing this on your own
computer.
● Your computer simply needs an internet
connection in order to communicate with
the bank of servers.

● The software then removes anything that is

● They are printed on many products in order to give extra information

● These are fitness devices and smartwatches.
