Work Description
3. To ensure accurate and timely Bill of Material (BOM) are upload in Systems Applications Products -
Material Master and Systems Applications Products – Plant Maintenance for used in Inventory and
Maintenance during operation.
Assist Spare Part Engineer to review of Suppliers’ spare parts data is the first step in the Supply
Chain Management process of ordering an optimum quantity of spare parts for equipment
purchased.
To import Spare Parts Interchangeability Records in the Advisor Program for Gumusut Kakap &
Malikai project.
To ensure the quality and completeness of the Spare Parts Interchangeability Records, equipment
technical and spare parts data.
To review the quality and consistency of descriptions and part numbers.
To assign Functional Location to Tag numbers and the equipment criticality.
To assign System’s Application’s Product’s Manufacturer codes, Material groups, Object types,
Spare part indicators into Electronic Spare Parts Interchangeability Records (E-SPIR).
To code Bill of Material (BOM) Title for equipment in E-SPIRs.
To enter order quantity and minimum stock level and identifying equipment spare parts to be held
in stock.
To review Material Requirements Planning parameters and other plant specific data.

systems and ability to retrieve data to trend and report.
To retrieve data from technical drawing, technical data, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams,
design documents and equipment dossiers for Gumusut Kakap project.
To define, prepare, review and deliver into maintenance management system (SAP-PM) the
equipment data, maintenance and inspection strategy/Routine, maintenance schedule and
equipment bill of materials.
To populate master data into Systems Applications Products (SAP) upload template.
To manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) data input/uploading.
To ensure the following data are carried and populated in SAP system.
a) Asset register – asset register is a hierarchical structure of all assets, with equipment installed
at the lowest appropriate level. To ensure all detail design parameters and assurance measure
values are populated in the respective PD Template accordingly. Asset Register data includes:
