Worked at MM flowers uk as a team leader grade 8 step up supervisor where
normally I will run a line or 2 with up to 16 people each until the completion of a daily
packing production planner this includes work orders issuing stock checks to see
what’s packed next and also set priorities for the different costumers to make sure
the daily orders are ready at time to outload

Run a packing line of up to 8 people and make sure the outloads are done on time
Also make sure the product we was using was enough time at the ripener to pack the

Worked at bakkavor fresh cook holbeach as a grade 2 skilled operative
Here I use to work in the C.Q.C areas where we cook and chilled all the condiments
to go to the production lines including sauce kettles where we have to unload
sauces and get the to chill in the chilling sauces machine
Record all the right temperatures at all times and adhere to all the procedures the
company have

Here was my first job in England where I start as a whare house operative doing all
kind of jobs in the company working on lines despatch goods in and conditioning
areas for 2 years till I was promoted to a team leader in 2006
As a team leader I started running lines adhering to the company targets and kpi with
reports every two hours to the pack house supervisor and direct managers
Being working as a team leader for 1 year till 2007 June
June 2007 I was promoted as a supervisor where I had to run a complete pack
house including despatch goods in conditioning areas and cold store picking also I
was responsible for all the issuing on to the works orders and make sure the stock
was all accounted for at the end of each shift
Also responsible for all the labour ordering and responsible for any disciplinary
meetings as well as one to one meetings
Have to carry a team leader meeting every day for reports issues and plan of action
for the day to make sure the warehouse run smooth through the day
Worked with various system ex: Rubicon warehouse manager prophet and
supervisor programs such as ADP all very similar systems with a different way of
working with
