Executive Summary
Dancing is a historical tradition. U&ME Dance is
dedicated to bringing quality and affordable dance
instruction. U & Me Dance Studio plans to incorporate the
existing dance community into our studio to begin with a
strong base of supporters. There are many benefits to
dancing that will attract people from many backgrounds
and interests. There has never been an actual dance studio,
where these people can expand their knowledge of dance
and enjoy being with other people of like interests. We will
create a place where people can learn to dance, meet new
people, have fun, improve, create and feel comfortable.
MISSION
Encouraging all dancers to strive for excellence and enjoy the
journey along the way. U & Me Dance Studio promotes strong self-
confidence, self-respect, discipline, and appreciation through the fine arts of
dance. We inspire every dancer to find the creativity inside his/her as "We
dance to tell a story".
VISION
U & Me Dance Studio vision is to determine through the eyes of
our dancers and plan to take our program as far as our dancers can be
dream. To inspire the community with non competitive dance education
and offer many performance opportunities in a facility that will motivate,
educate, and develop an appreciation of the fine arts. We will build a
facility where dancing dreams are shared throughout our community and
"U & ME" will create change in the world’s future through its dancers.

Our market is limitless. Everyone who has the ability to walk can learn
to dance. It is our job to present dance to these people and introduce and
develop interest in the community for social dance. For the young ones, it is
important to the fun in dance. Ages between 25 and 55 is generally looking for
new things to try and do.
Marketing Needs
Learning to dance is done for the reasons such as individuals have
always wanted to do, something they used to do and would like to do again, for
use on vacations, or an exercise to keep their bodies healthy. And for those
people and individual who don’t want their vacation bored. Costumers would
simply enjoy this while learning new dance steps.
Demographics
U&Me dance studio divides its potential customers into following
stages:
Children (3-12 years old): These stages U & Me Dance Studio are
planning to offer them special classes or workshops.
Teens (13-19 years old): U & Me Dance Studio is planning to offer
them by-hour classes because teens may insert these classes after
their educational class.
College and Working students: U & Me Dance Studio is planning to
offer them a full dance rehearsals and tutorials or they may apply as a
dance teacher as long as they have the potential.
Adults (senior citizens, married, retired, widowed, etc.): business
offers them smooth dances that will surly fit to their ages. These
dances may serve them as an exercise.

U&Me dance studio seeks to provide its customers with affordable
quality instruction in a fun and supportive environment. The
popularity of trendy dances has made an impact on the
