      strategies. Works closely with general managers and area sales managers to carry out sales
      tactics that support the overall marketing strategy. Maintains strong relationships with area
      chambers and local community groups to reinforce the AT&T brand and marketing plan.

          Started as sales representative, promoted in less than 2 years to training manager,
            then to current position in 2003
          Developed analysis reports, sales tracking, sales & marketing strategies and tactics.
          District SME on labor relations. Manage all elements of performance management,
            discipline, and appraisals.
          Managed major account sales representatives from 2006 – 2009. Consistently
            achieved sales objectives.
          Consistently maintains an “Exceeds Expectations” rating on annual management
            reviews.

Managed the Homewood Golf Course and Ames/ISU Ice Arena. Handled all aspects of
facility management for both locations. Responsibility for over 30 combined staff members
including training, development and performance management. Developed marketing and
sales plans for both facilities. Marketed, merchandised, and maintained a golf and hockey pro
shop. Worked closely with community groups and college groups to promote and market
both facilities.
