User-Centered Design - The objective for most in-venue interactive is either: attract, engage or transact – or some combination thereof. While striving to connect with the customer, it’s important that the experience doesn’t result in a frustrating one, therefore the user and the user experience (UX) must be at the center of all design.
Adjectives like “smooth,” “easy,” “fun,” “intuitive,” “personalized” and “useful” are typically used to describe a best-in-class online experience. We’ll look at examples from different sectors to see what it takes to delight your customer and keep them coming back.
11. I don’t know exactly how much my games are worth, so I
usually I go to stores ‘cos I can trade and buy new games in
one go.
I can bring ‘em all and have the store figure it out. I get the
quote and instant credit, walk away with new titles. Swag!

Editor's Notes
(Find Out How Much Your Stuff is Worth) will look through your previous orders and let you know if they will buy anything back from you.
The cool thing about the program is that it’ll automatically look through your old Amazon orders and tell you what specific items are worth. For example, right now, Amazon will pay me $$$ for used items that I’ve purchased in the past couple years. But, the items you trade-in do NOT have to be purchased originally through Amazon. Just enter any item and they’ll tell you if they’ll buy it and for how much. Products must be in reasonably good and working condition. The best part? Shipping is completely free via a prepaid shipping label.
Instant Payment enable customers to get their Gift Cards instantly without having to wait for a week.
The cool thing about this feature is that the instant Gift Card value can be used immediately toward the purchase of new items.
