This document provides guidance on sharing one's personal faith journey with others in 1 minute or less. It instructs the reader to:
1. Start by asking to hear the other person's faith journey and listening attentively. Then ask if you can share your own story.
2. Create a "relational map" with your name in the center and the names of 5 people you know who are not following God. Update it over time as you pray for them daily.
3. When sharing your story, use 2 words to describe your life before Christ and 2 words for after, share the essential gospel message, and ask if anything would prevent them from receiving God's forgiveness. Practice sharing in 1 minute

Share your faith story
1. Who shall I share with?
Mark 5:1-20
1. To whom did Jesus tell the man to tell his story?
2. Who ended up hearing the story?
What shall I say?
How to share your faith journey in one minute
Might start with, “I’d be interested in hearing about your faith journey.”
(Listen attentively to learn where they are.)
Then say something like, “May I tell you my story?”
Write your name in middle circle & names of at least (5)
people you know (family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.)
who are away from God. Continue to update over time:

How
Essential Gospel
Now
Two words
describing your
life after following
Christ
Before: Create a few phrases to include (2) words describing your life
before Christ or what brought you to the point
of knowing you needed God in your life.
How: Give essentials of the gospel (diagram with arrows, cross, and
crown)—Christ coming down to earth, dying on cross as payment
for our forgiveness of sin, rising to life the 3rd
day,
and the promise of His coming to rule and reign.
Now: Create a few phrases to include (2) words
describing your life now since following Christ
Conclude by asking: “Is there anything that would keep you from
receiving God’s forgiveness and making Jesus your Lord & King?”
(Then patiently listen and respond appropriately)
It’s helpful to practice this (5) times with a partner
so you’ll keep it concise in 60 seconds.
This is a conversation starter!
Open a conversation by asking: “Can I share my story with
you?” (Maybe you ask them to share their story first.)

My identity as a new creation in Christ is a disciplemaker.
My commitment to the King of Kings is to obey & follow Him.
Use this sheet as your model to create a Great Commission mindset

Instructions: Have your disciple write down 4 key questions
at the very top of 4 quadrants of blank sheet of paper, folded in half.

Answer the following questions & write “yes or no” next to 7 key words.
